We are feeling the same happiness by celebrating our sister blog So Slowly's very first birthday like we are celebrating Casual's birthday!With great efforts of our dear friend and very hard-working blogger OneMedico ; So Slowly became one of the biggest GLBT/Culture/Istanbul/Music...etc. source blog from Istanbul.Oh and no need to mention tons of eye candies ;)It became a habit-three times a day dosage-for us.Like an online iPod/iTunes; OneMedico always draw people's attention to the newest Turkish Popular music , cool commercials , hot videos , exhibitons , hot guys and many more. So Slowly and Casual in Istanbul generally have mutual sense of likes and dislikes , so we are the biggest contributors to each other.

Hey guys , this was the last post of 2006. Mehmet's already left for a dinner party at his folks' and i was about to leave...We're gonna get together before midnight and celebrate the new year's coming together. 2006 was a wonderful year for us and for Casual in Istanbul (thanks to you).Hope 2007 will be a better year for all of us. It has always been a challenge for me to find "the perfect present" for Mehmet for his birthday and for New Year! Every year in September and December i make a lot of hard thinking to find out what should i give him as a gift?!It's challenging because we both don't like to give ordinary presents to each other like a sweater , a book , a dvd or something like that. It should be something special. He is always good at timing and i'm not! Generally the perfect idea occurs to me in last minute so i'm always late...like this year. I wasn't so happy with the present i gave him for his birthday. It was not special. So i made a lot of thinking for new year and came up with a great idea! Well some of you already know what it is (and some of you are my partners in crime ;)But i'm really thrilled with the idea!I'm pretty sure that i'll get a "WOW" response from him this year and i can't wait to see that :)

I'm totally freaked out! I already missed being a thirty year old guy...now i'm a thirty-something guy!We had a great dinner last night with Mehmet , i blew one candle(as you might appreciate a huge cake is needed for 31 candles).I was really depressed in the first place , but thank god he was with me and he cheered me up with his presence , his love and his presents...now it's your turn to cheer me up people ; with your comments!(here are some good examples : "oh Ali , you are still hot , age is just numbers" or "no way , you still look like you're 23"...well i can expand the possibilities but it's your call , be creative ;)
